PeelClear products are professional-grade automotive coating products intended for use by trained installers or experienced users.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Results depend on surface preparation, environment, application method, film build, and installer skill
- PeelClear does not guarantee specific visual, durability, or performance outcomes
- Improper application may result in defects including (but not limited to) wrinkles, blistering, adhesion issues, or failure
PeelClear products are sold “as is” and “as available.”
4. Installer Responsibility and Disclaimer
PeelClear does not control or supervise third-party installers.
Any installer listed, referenced, or certified is:
- An independent business
- Not an employee, agent, or representative of PeelClear LLC
PeelClear is not responsible for:
- Installer workmanship
- Labor disputes
- Vehicle damage
- Pricing set by installers
- Installer warranties or promises
All installation services are contracts solely between the customer and the installer.
5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify pricing at any time
- Correct pricing or listing errors
- Cancel or refuse orders at our discretion
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or shipped.
6. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Once an order is shipped:
- Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer
- PeelClear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, hazmat restrictions, or customs
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of chemical coating products:
- Opened, used, or mixed products are non-refundable
- Returns may be accepted only with prior written authorization
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law
PeelClear reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet eligibility requirements.
8. 20 Year Warranty + CARFAX
Our 20-year warranty is supported by a century-old paint company with extensive weathering test facilities. Their experience ensures Peelclear™’s durability and long-term performance.
The Lifetime Limited Peelable Paint Performance warranty is applicable to all products within the Peel Clear Warranty Program. This warranty extends to the sections of the vehicle refinished with designated Peel Clear peelable paint and peelable clear coat products, lasting for the entire duration of the consumer’s ownership of the car, provided they adhere to the care instructions.
The treated areas are covered for the following:
- Failure to protect the substrate from a wide range of impacts and scratches.
- Failure to protect and minimize UV or oxidation damage on substrate.
- Peeling or delamination of the topcoat and/or other layers of paint.
- Yellowing from UV and at a rate faster than ˆYi 2 per 1000 hours.
- Cracking, chalking or checking.
- Loss of gloss caused by cracking, chalking, checking or hazing.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including but not limited to:
- Logos
- Brand names
- Product names
- Images
- Videos
- Text
- Formulas and technical descriptions
—is the intellectual property of PeelClear LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
