Molecular Technology

Engineered at the molecular level.

A non-acrylic, multi-polymer, waterborne system. Patent-pending chemistry designed for automotive performance and clean removability.

Molecular Architecture

Non-acrylic. Multi-polymer. Purpose-built.

Traditional peelable coatings rely on acrylic chemistry, which limits flexibility, UV resistance, and long-term peel integrity. Peelclear uses a proprietary multi-polymer formulation that delivers superior film flexibility, consistent surface leveling, and a mechanical bond designed to release cleanly after years of service.

How Peelclear Bonds

No adhesive. No chemical fusion. Controlled mechanical grip.

Physical Grip

The base coat mechanically interlocks with the surface profile of the clear coat. No adhesive chemistry is used.

Controlled Release

Engineered peel force allows the film to release in large, clean sheets without solvents or heat.

Surface Integrity

The factory paint underneath remains completely untouched. No sanding, no adhesive residue, no damage.

Waterborne System

Low-VOC. Water-based. Patent pending.

Peelclear's waterborne carrier system eliminates the need for harsh solvents during application. Safer working environment, lower emissions, and a formulation that meets evolving environmental regulations without compromising performance.

Crosslinking Process

From liquid to unified film.

How the base coat and top coat cure into a single integrated system — not a stack of layers.

Spray application

Base coat is applied in multiple passes using standard HVLP equipment. Each pass builds consistent film thickness.

Chemical crosslinking

The top coat chemically crosslinks with the base during cure, forming a single integrated film. Not a layered stack — a unified structure.

Final film

The cured system behaves as one material. Durable, UV-stable, polishable, and designed to peel cleanly when removal is desired.
